It keeps my blood sugar from dropping to low and keeps me from getting hungry before lunch. Give it a try and see if this helps. ,

Cynthia L. Getzville, NY Member Since: 08/15/07 [Latest Posts] | Post Date: 7/4/08 9:16 am I usually drink an AchievOne too and I'm OUT right now! Argggg. I am hoping to get my 2 cases tomorrow. That 20 grams it packs makes it so much easier to get in my 60+g of protein per day. Plus, it's yummy and gives me a reason to live.

I usually have some sausage and egg a couple of hours after this for my "breakfast"....
also, are you sure it's the shake upsetting your tummy and not the coffee??
