50 Pound bag of dog food

Ever picked up a 50 pound bag of dog food? Stuff's heavy, man! My daughter was struggling to get it in and out of the cart and commented on how awful it was to handle. I had an ah ha moment. I have lost 55 pounds. Dog food suddenly represented my weight. That awful, heavy weight. I have two more bags of f'ing dog food to lose. At least when I feel overwhelmed 'bout it, I can remember that each kibble is small and not so bad to deal with, but it eventually WILL add up to full 50 pound bags. I am Ok today.
