Friday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. well its june 2nd 1 mon poastop. iv lost 33 lbs but 30 of it was in the first 2 weeks then for 13 days nothing! tell yesterday and I lost 3 lbs. is this normal to platue this early? I go tomarrow to my 1 month poastop visit. well I fell weak when I do house work or walk around the block uphill! I cant drink the protien shakes they make me sick! well thats it for now.

well my sister inlaw is in laboer she is 5 days over due not to bad for the first baby. she is in holland so we can't be there for the birth I wish sooo bad I could because she was there for both of mine. so i'm on the 2week diet Iv lost 4 lbs witch is good alittle jump start but I'm so depressed I wonte even go get a hair cut because I feel it will be a waist of money. nothing is going to make me feel better tell I start my new life may 2nd. I just dress in pj pants and big t-shirts I'v been walking everyday and cleaned out all our cars and washed them and cleaned out our tent trailer. I'm so out of shape. I can't sleep at night it sucks I guess because I'm anxshious sbout the surgery? my friend Liz is having man problem I wish I could find her a good guy she is such a great catch. any way thats all for now.

well april 29th is my preop and labs/ekg. getting close 15 more days tell a new me. My friend Brandi got her surgery date may 19th. It will be nice to have some one else going through this with me. I went and got some new jewlery to give to my self as I hit mile stones. Iv cleaned out my closet and dresser drawers and put my close in order form biggest to smallest. my sizes stop at lg,16 so I'll just get jeans from the thrift stores and t-shirts should go along way once Im in a size lg again. right now Im in a 3x top and 24 pants. cant wait to fit in my old cut close again!

MY life is on pause and it sucks!!!!!!!!!

I really am sick of waiting for all this insureance crap we are people who have or are waiting to have a life! I feel like my life is on pause right now. my family wants to plan for the summer, friends are asking me to go do things and I just dont want to go out any more I hate how I look and want a change! I guess my surgery will be may 2nd as long as the Doc gets my approval from the other part of my bluecross? I need to hear back this week so I can get my labs done ect....

My Story

well I started thinking about wls when my new son was 5 mon old I had high bp and gestational diabetis with both pregnantcys, witch along with a discrimanating doc almost killed my youngest son. He was truely hours away from being a still born baby. That was it for me it was time to get drastick here about my weight. my friend talked me into going to a seminar back in january 08 I saw doc coats speak and that was it I was sold! I went right home and made a doc app with my family doc and said I want this surgery. he agreed and was happy to refure me to doc Corinis office. I dont understand why in the past with my health conditions and how I have struggled with weight loss why one of the 4 doc's iv seen didnt tell me about this surgery? I thought it was much different then what it is and if I had been to a seminar 6 years ago I would have jumped on it back then! Well I guess its this messed up town and all the screwball healthcare laims that work in it! so Jan 2nd I had a seminar,jan 31 I had my cosultation at Doc corinis office, feb 5th I had aphyc eval with doc Morgan,feb 16 I had my nutrition consult with caorl kraft and march 3rd I did the 3 hour preop class. April 4th laborers approved my surgery and today is april 13th and I'v been on the phone from 8:30am tell 1:00pm fighting with bluecross about them not getting my letter of ok by laborers. I ran all over town with a very unhappy 11mon. old to get the letter I got on the 7th faxed to them again! so they tell me it will be in there system this afternoon and I'll have a nurse working on my case tomarrow and I then can call and get the otherazation # and mechelle at Doc Corinis office can truely start the ball rolling on setting up my surgery date for may 2nd 2008. this sucks! YOU HAVE TO BE YOUR OWN ADVACATE!!!!!!! No one elese cares if your going to get surgery but you! ride there butts hard! 50 people gave me 50 differnt ansures and some just said I dont know? REALLY!!!!! So stressed today I really just want the insurenca part of this over! so tomarrow I will call the nurse that is on my cae and see where we are at. My cusion is getting married in NOV and my brother in may of next year. I'll be seeing alot of people I have not seen in awhile I hope to be down several lbs! I want to enjoy looking for the dresses I will wear!
