Congrats on your WLS! It will be a life changing experience you will not believe. You will be amazed at the outcome and the things in life that you were not able to do but will be able to do with ease. This WLS has been a blessing for me and I pray it is the same for you. STOP STRESSING ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT! You have lost 94 pounds since surgery just over 4 months ago. You are down a grand total of 102 pounds since your heaviest. Just because the scale hasn't moved is about a week just means your body is catching up, not that you're done losing weight! You see people on OH all the time who stall for well over a month so stop stressing about just a week's stall!! You knew it would happen, you promised you wouldn't stress about it when it did happen but that's so much easier said then done!

Love you!
