Wow, what a great surgeon. I cant believe how easy this seems to be right now. I am 11 days out and i am having wonderful success. I am not hungry the scaring is almost non existant. It is working... Dr Enochs has quite possibly saved my life. It was nearly painless he is a great surgeon and i would reccomend him to everyone considering weightloss surgery. He is Caring, patient, and extremely skilled. gotta say thumbs up

5 weeks post op today

All right ya'll 35 days post op today and i have lost 36lbs. this is going great. the only thing i cant eat is steak. trust me i really tried.

Still eating 3 small meals and pounding the protein.. will begin exercise this weekend.. going to start walking and see how that works. i have been doing push ups and military presses because i am afraid of getting a set of man boobs. not exactly sexy...lol

My next fill is on 8/22/08 and i would like to be down 50 lbs by then.. so my challenge is 14 mores lbs in 3 weeks.. taking me to 288lbs... yea ha almost fighting weight. and securely under 300 lbs...

Last night we had our support group meeting it was pretty cool to see a room full of people struggling just like us. They had the representative from the lap band company there. he did a great job with his presentation. he gave us alot of history and info..
