Wow, what a great surgeon. I cant believe how easy this seems to be right now. I am 11 days out and i am having wonderful success. I am not hungry the scaring is almost non existant. It is working... Dr Enochs has quite possibly saved my life. It was nearly painless he is a great surgeon and i would reccomend him to everyone considering weightloss surgery. He is Caring, patient, and extremely skilled. gotta say thumbs up

I am stuck

This is driving me crazy.... did i eat enough, did i eat to much. did i drink enough, did i drink to much. did i exercise enough, did i build muscle and thats why the scale isnt moving?

Well anyway im down 49lbs in 6 weeks but have not budged in 4 days... my body is content staying at this weight... what i dont understand is that if you are only consuming 800 calories how the hell can you maintain 293 lbs.... doesnt make sence to me.....

today will be just bananas and applesauce and salad..... lets see what my body does with that....lol
