1 year out!!!!!!! 9/24/08

I cant belive how time flys, im a year out  today and I feel great. I have lost 100 plus lbs and went from a size 20 to a size 8. I wish i would have done this sooner. Its crazy how people treat you so differently. I just love shopping now there so much more of selection I LOVE IT!!!!

I got on the scale this morning and it said 198!!!!! im so freakin happy im doing the happy danceI havent seen a one in front of my weight in god knows how long!!!!!!!!

WENT TO MY DR APPT YESTERDAY AND EVERYTHING WENT GREAT !! IM DOWN 70LBS AND THE DR SAYS I HAVE LOST 50% OF MY EXCESS BODY WEIGHT IM SO HAPPY, THEN TO TOP IT OFF MY AND MY HUBBY WENT TO DISNEYLAND AFTER MY APPT AND WE HAD A BLAST!! ITS AMAZEING HOW MUCH BETTER YOU FIT INTO RIDES WHEN YOUR 70LBS LIGHTER!!!

Back at work 10-16-07

Well im back at work and it sucks! but I do feel better, I have gotten alot of complimants so thats always good to hear. I do have my bad days though! Today i start working out with my hubby so that should be fun, I have lost a total of 36 lbs and I will be a month out tommorrow WOW does time fly when your loseing weight.............
