My name is Justine and I live in Elkhart, Indiana with my husband, my 11 year old daughter and my 6 year old son. I originally moved here 16 years ago from Mentor, Ohio (east of Cleveland). I turned 40 in September 2007 and I tell everyone that my surgery was my birthday present to myself.
