  • Tattoo - Planning on getting a reminder tattoo, I never want to forget where I came from!
  • Horses - I used to be an avid horseback rider. I plan on continuing after my WLS.
  • Flea Markets - My boyfriend and I love to look for antique's and other hidden treasures
  • WLS in your 20's - I just turned 24...

My Story

My name is Laura. I am 24 years old and I have been overweight my entire life. I started looking into WLS about 2 years ago and began the real journey in November of 2006. I have just recently received my insurance approval on August 14th, 2007 and will hopefully be having my surgery soon!
