Had an upper GI today to make sure the band is where it is supposed to be. Also, got a 1/4 cc fill....I can tell with just that little bit. I had only lost a pound but Lisa said that most people gain a couple, so I'm not beating my self up too bad. I have been exercising at home but I'm starting to fall off the wagon with going to the gym. Starting to slime again, and I certainly did not miss that, however, maybe this will carry me thru
the Christmas season without gaining weight.
Not such a good week for me....been sick. Fever, headache, coughing,
the normal crud. Had to take my first sick day of the year Tuesday. I ran
a fever last night so I took off today as well. I've been very healthy this year and I attribute that to eating better and exercising.
I've been doing good with my eating since the unfill. Problem is now I can eat anything. I need to go in and let them put a little back in and should be as perfect as it can get.
Yesterday I got an unfill of 1cc....I feel like a new woman. For the past couple of months I have been sliming my head off. Last Sunday I ate literally a couple of tablespoons of grits and a 2" piece of turkey bacon and I slimed and threw up for 2.5 hours, it was horrible....I can't get anything down in the morning sometimes even a protein drink would be painful. This morning I was able to eat yougurt with honey and walnuts and it was glorious. I have not been losing much weight and I think its basically because I could not eat right and take my vitamins. Still exercising very consistently.
I was in a Microsoft Class at New Horizons Mon - Wed of this week.
In the class we talked about things we wanted to do. I wanted to ride my bike on the Chief Ladiga trail, however, my husband had an old 10-speed bike. I told him Tuesday afternoon to meet me at Dick's Sporting Goods and we purchased him a new bike...No more excuses....
Took off today with the boys. We went up to Anniston (Jacksonville State University) and rode the Cheif Ladaiga Trail on our bikes to Piedmont. Round trip was about 24 miles. In Piedmont we ate at a lovely little place called Solid Rock. It had lots of organic fare. I got the chicken salad on Organic Mixed Greens and it was heavenly.
Now that I can eat again without fear of spitting up for hours...I hope that I can get my eating program back on track and drop some more pounds.
Exercise: 50 minutes on bike, 25 cruches, plank 45 sec, 15 lower ab crunches.
Watched the Alabama/Georgia game....Roll Tide Roll...
Had several issues this week with my band and eating.....Pretty much eggs and watermelon are out. Friday was my birthday, my work collegues took me to Ruby Tuesday's and thank the Lord I was able to eat the salad and soup. My husband got me a cookie and I tried eating of piece of that and I could not keep it down.
