Not going to post what I eat here been logging food into sparkpeople.com to track my calories, fat, fiber, and protein better.

Went to the doctor today because I have been having some female issues.  He thinks the weight loss may be resetting my system.  Told me to monitor myself for the next 3 -4 weeks and if still having issues then will do an ultrasound.

Worked out with trainer today.  Lots of walking Lunges, free weights,
few machines, crunches onthe ball.

Breakfast: 
Fiber 35 Protein Shake w/2% milk: 10g Fiber, 20g Protein
Snack:
Snickers Energy Bar: 210 cal., 13g Protein,8g Fat , 5g Fiber
Lunch:
Spinach Salad
Snack:
Organic Yogurt: 120 cal, 13g Protein, 0 Fat, 0 Fiber
Dinner:
Salmon
Sauteed Spinach
Snack: 1/2 cheerios and milk

Vitamins:
co-q10

Water:34 oz.

Exercise:Walked 30 minutes with my son.

1 cup Keifer 174 cal. 3g Fiber 14 g Protein, 2g Fat
1 balance bar 190 cal, 2g Fiber, 9g Protein, 7g Fat
Lunch:
Wendy's small Chilli and baked potato
Snack:
3 musketeer
Dinner:
2 oz steak
1/2 cup baked beans
1/4 cup baked potato
Blueberry Cobbler

Water: 54 oz.
Exercise: 45 minutes bike, 25 tricep dips, 2 sets on ll machine
1 set of 30 and 1 set of 20.
No Vitamins today
Been having female problems for about 2 weeks now.

Can't believe that I have been this long without posting....Guess it correlates to my not losing weight.  Strugglling right now....Not getting in my water and craving sugar big time.  On top of everything else been having some female problems for the past couple of weeks.  I guess I need to just kick myself in the butt and get back on the wagon.

I'm having a hard time with breakfast....nothing seems to want to go down.  By the time I get to work I'm usually fine and do a protein shake and/or some peanut butter and crackers. 


Breakfast:
3 wheat crackers with peanut butter
Lunch:
Spinach Salad with walnuts,salad peppers, feta cheese,2 slices chicken breast.
Watermelon
Snack:
Small peanut M&M
2 small 3 musketeers (told yol I'm craving sweets)
Small bag of popcorn
Dinner:
2 oz. steak
baked potato
baked beans
blueberry cobbler

My Story


     I am a 41 year old, native Alabamian.  I grew up in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and currently reside in the McCalla area.
I have struggled with my weight my entire life.  I was a little overweight in high-school and college, however, I was very active, so I was able to keep my weight in check.  Starting putting on weight in college...and the downhill spiral started.  I'm not sure how I let myself get so out of control.  Its like one day I was a size 10 and the next I was a 22...everything in between is a blur.  Well now I've blurred myself to a whopping 240lbs.  My self esteem is very low.  I don't want to socialize because I feel like I look so bad and just do not fit in.  I'm ready for a change, and with God's help, I think I can do this.   I want to do this for myself.
