Not going to post what I eat here been logging food into sparkpeople.com to track my calories, fat, fiber, and protein better.
Went to the doctor today because I have been having some female issues. He thinks the weight loss may be resetting my system. Told me to monitor myself for the next 3 -4 weeks and if still having issues then will do an ultrasound.
Worked out with trainer today. Lots of walking Lunges, free weights,
few machines, crunches onthe ball.
