Went back to work on Monday. I feel great and was fine to go back, but would have loved some summertime off work!!!

I have a date! on May 27, 2008 12:00 pm June 27th!!!! I'm on the count down now.
I got my "golden ticket" today!!! on April 24, 2008 9:51 am I went to see my Dr at Beaumont Weight Control and she signed off on all my stuff needed for surgery. The six months did go by so much quicker than I expected! She told me I should receive my letter within the next 7 business days, and they will be calling me to make my appointment with Dr Krause!!!

on April 10, 2008 11:57 am I had my psych eval today. She told me that I was a good candidate right then and there at the end of my visit! I will be back to see my pcp on the 24th, I am pretty sure I have everything I need, so hopefully on to the surgeon!!!!

I have three sisters, three of us which stayed small into our early twenties and then blew up. In 1997 I lost 80 pounds and kept it off for two years and then gained it all back. I find myself at 41 with grown children and getting divorced after 24 years. This is a big year for me, and I am going to make the best of it! I am starting a new life, and my health is number one! And I am not fooling anyone, I want to lose this weight to look good!
