Hello Everyone, I just found this sight and all of your beautiful blessings, I had to shed a couple tears, I had no idea you were all with me last Monday, now I know why it went so smoothly. I had a Lap Band and had to have that removed first and the VG performed 2nd. WOw, it was pretty painful for about the first 9 days really, I am just now starting to feel better, I have been back to work for the last 3 days. Can I ask a queston, I have only lost 8 lbs. so far, is that normal, it seems everyone else looses at a faster pace??? Anyway, maybe I need to put that on the message board. Just wanted to let everyone knoe I am doing well and thank you and god bless each and everyone on you. I expecially loved the Zen message, I would like to read up on that as I really loved the message. Thanks Again Love and Kisses Lisa

Monday is your day! Just remember you are on the journey of a lifetime. Try to enjoy every minute. It may sound weird now, but know that you are cared for and prayed for here, and all too soon this will be but a memory and you will be an inspiration to someone else. I am waiting for you on the losers' bench! ~ JudyAnne

Hi Lisa, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous. Of course, it was all for nothing (except I burned a few more calories) because my surgery went fine. For me, the week before my surgery was harder than the week after. Right after, I was more sore than in pain; nothing that can't be handled. Remember to keep it positive. That means positive, supportive people around you. The negative ones are just ill-informed. I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true,
