Glad you are doing good Fried foods are very bad for WLS patients. They are on the not allowed list. I am surprised you ever tried sugar. You said you never wood and always scolded me for trying it. THat warm and dizzy feeling is you dumping on the sugar. You start out with a low level then take the sugar in. Your body senses it and sends insilin to fight it. Then the bg level falls again. You should be glad that happens to you it will make you want to not take sugar at all. I wish that happened to me. It has no reaction on me at all so when I have the temptation there is not that reminder to stop. I also do not have you to tell me not to do it. THAKE CARE. YOU KNOW HOW TO CONTACT ME! FRIENDS ONLY! 8/27/05 Well 276 was the lowest I achieved. I am now at 288. Way too much going wrong in my life. The gain is due to emotional eating and drinking. No one seems to understand how anything affects me. Everyone just keeps dumping on me. Guess those old habits never leave you. Have been going to therapy and taking anti-depressants for 8 weeks but nothing changes. My will to do anything is gone! Will try to trudge on for another month and see what happens.

Hi April, One year ago today you started your wonderful weight loss journey. You have met all your goals. I was glad I could be there for you. I hope your health is improving, I know it has been hard. I hope some day you can see it in your heart to be my friend again. We had such great times. I know it will never be like that again and I am so sorry for all I did to hurt you. Please don't be a stranger. I know it is still early and you are still very upset with me.
