He is a GREAT person, Over time i like him even more He listens well and takes time for me.His Office staff needs a little help One of the Girls is not nice at all But I've learned to work around her and somtimes even make her smile and that makes her a nicer person.
Dr. Geller has a seminar before surgery to explain all the ins and outs of it and the ups and downs as well I was very informed and not worried at all at the time of surgery. I really like him and will continue to see him all of my life... Posted on 10/15/2008 |

Dr Geller is an amazing person. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever met next to the weight loss doctor I saw before I sought out Dr Geller. He spends as much time with his patients as the need to make sure they completely understand what is going on and what they can expect. I was so pleased with him that my dad decided to go to him and have the same surgery. His medical staff is great as well, they treat me like family. Posted on 10/12/2008 |

I fully recommend Dr Geller as a surgeon. He was attentive pre-surgery and was wonderful throughout the surgical process. He and his staff have been there every bit of the way throughout the timeframe and I know they will continue to be there with excellent follow up care. Posted on 09/18/2008 |

Dr. Geller is a very intelligent man. First impression was "Wow, He's a pretty big guy" and I wasn't real sure he would be right as my doctor for weight loss, being that his weight is not under control.
During the information session however, he seemed very knowledgeable about each procedure and during my meeting with him today, 8/18/08, I now know that he is the right doctor for me. He was very attentive to my questions, he seemed very thorogh with my health record and questions regarding medical conditions I currently have. I did have to wait a while to see him however he sat down in the room with me and answered every question prior to leaving from the room.
His office staff was great, very friendly and talkative. I am not real sure what I like least about him, not... [Click here for more] sure there was much to not like about him actually.
Aftercare is critical to these types of surgeries and he reiterated the importance today. His office offers wonderful follow up care and support groups twice a month.
The risks of surgery was discussed, reviewed with pamphlets, and in the two booklets I left the office with.
Overall, so far, I think he is wonderful. I believe that both surgical competence and bedside manner are both great, I want a doctor that knows what he is doing both in the OR and at bedside. A doctor can have a personality and great skills and I believe that Dr. Geller has both.

My first impression of Dr Geller was "WOW he is so easy to talk to" and I loved the fact that he sat down with me and spent about an hour just going over everything I needed to know and explaining everything to me. That kind of individual attention doesn't happen very often and it immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable with my decision. I really liked Dr. Geller and his staff. I had alot of questions and Dr. Geller was wonderful about answering them. His staff was just as knowledgeable about this surgery too. He was very nice and nice smile and he made you feel safe. His staff is really helpfull. The least thing I would like to see him after surgery. I seen him before the surgery and he said i will see you in 6 weeks. would like to seen him before leaving hospital. other patients should know he does a great job and called his office on a sunday with a red wound and dr. geller called back. great responds. Nursing gave good strcturtion on care after home. If i had it to do over i would still use him. except one thing i would had as for stiches instead of glued wounds. going to have scares. they opened. but all in all he was a great dr. i would highly remend... He is the BEST!! I was in the hospital and extra week due to infection, and dr geller came to see me EVERY day!! He took all the time I needed, answered every question, and made sure I had everything I wanted to be comfortable. I am so glad I changed from the surgeon I had chosen initially to him.
