I have had mixed feelings now that I am 3 weeks out. I have lost 21 pounds and have had on and off episodes of nausea with some vomiting and diarhea. I have still not regained my all my energy. I know being 55 years old probably contributes part of the reason. My hospital experience was overall a very good one. I had excellent nursing care and everyone that I came in contact with seemed to help in any way they could. The only bad thing was physical therapy and I did better without them. Actually you might lay in bed all day if you waited for them to show up. Dr. Allen has been SUPER! He always returns my calls and is very supportive.
