John has been home for about one week. During his post op visit with Dr. Todd he was weighed and found he had lost over 20 lbs already. He is still trying to figure out what protein drink to use. It is a matter of finding one he likes. He does have an angel -- Deb Hendricks I am his wife and looking forward to his being able to come back to Fairbanks, he has to stay in Anchorage until his stomach drain is taken out. Thank you for all you encouraging comments. I will be sure John sees them when he gets home.

John did fine, and left the hospital Friday. He should be back home in about a week. Thank you, Lord.

Congratulations John, it's the big day today, I wish you the Best! Take one day at a time, and ease yourself slowly, I haven't had my surgery as of yet, but Im taking in all the info I can. Cheers to a new you !!
