1/23/03 I just met with the nutritionist I have now lost 13lbs, and hopefullyI will keep this ball rolling. She says I have met all the criteria for the nutrition part of the program, I stopped drinking soda totally about 6 mos ago, I guess thats a big thing, changed my eating habits no more snacks before bed, Just have to work on the coffee part, thats a tough one..I have my group mtg with the nutrition people 2/18, and then I meet with the Gastro Dr. for my medical evaluation on 2/20....Then from there I sit patiently and wait for the surgeon's ofice to call and set up my consult...Geez this could be right around the corner...Part of me is getting excited and the other part of me is getting a tad bit nervous...But for my own emotional and physical sanity I need to do this
