3/28/04 Conni, Hi Congrats on the weight loss. Keep up the good work I know you will reach your goal. I don't have a surgery date yet but I can not weight to be on the loosing side with you. I dont live to far away from you. Just down I-44 into Lebanon. I will be watching for updates on your weight loss. Sherry Weaver

Hi Coni while you may think you are losing slow just think by losing a little slower you have more chance of tightening up the lose flabby skin that will eventually show up... LOL.... Besides you aren't losing that slow in my humble opinion... take care and continue to have fun and be happy...

This is only the beginning of a wonderful treasure hunt. You ask me what is this great treasure? "Will it make me happy?" You ask. Oh, let me tell you it is something so wonderful and will be better than you have ever dreamed of. "What is it you ask?" It is the new healthier you.
